thank you so much for your interest in my work! As my focus is primarily on managing my Etsy shop, commissions are only available with set a limit of 2 slots per month during openings. All inquiries and updates are organized and managed through Trello, as well as my Discord server for announcements and any questions. consider joining my Ko-fi members for priority benefits.

All commissions under the "YCH" category are offered with a base pose and sweater combo, additional details can be incorporated through available add-ons. Custom commissions must be requested before placing an order, as pricing will vary depending on the complexity of each unique request. I am open to working on bundle packs and other unlisted art services upon inquiry.

GENERAL
I do not create artwork involving NSFW content, gore, furry, mech, or muscular themes.
Please be aware that there are no refunds once an order is placed, so ensure that you genuinely wish to commission me.
The delivery time for each commission depends on the specific order and size; updates are posted on discord.
estimated time on each commission: +3 week for chibi/pngtuber and +6 weeks for a set of 6 emotes
*take into consideration that job commitments, family matters, and health may impact these timeframes.It is important to keep communication during the process, otherwise your commission will be placed on hold.
Please note that I am not responsible for any loss of files after they have been sent and received.
USAGE AND COPYRIGHT
I retain full ownership rights to all of my artwork, including the artwork that is commissioned.
I reserve the right to decline any commission that I do not feel comfortable accepting.
Clients and third parties are strictly prohibited from editing, cutting for animation, tracing, or claiming the commissioned artwork as their own.
Commissioned pieces are intended for personal use only and are not to be resold or used for commercial purposes.
COMMISSION PROCESS
Terms of Service Acceptance: Please thoroughly read and accept the full Terms of Service.
Initial Request Submission: Share a general idea of your request through Discord.
Commission Form Completion: Once your request is accepted, fill out the commission form available on Ko-fi. Provide specific details and include references. Full payment is required (via Ko-fi) to secure a spot in the commission queue.
Sketch Review Process: Upon reaching your spot in the queue, sketches will be drawn and sent to you for review;
- 1st Sketch: A rough sketch of the overall expression and gesture, allowing for an overall revision.
- 2nd Sketch: A colored sketch with a clearer visual, allowing small changes.
- Finalization: Clean lines and general shading before full rendering.Extra Revisions: A 100% fee will be applied for any major revisions requested after the commission is fully rendered.
"YCH" and "premade" art do not undergo sketch progress, but small revisions are allowed.
File Delivery: Completed files will be sent to you through Ko-fi, Discord, or email (if preferred).
Post-Delivery Extension: In the event of any dissatisfaction with the end result of your commission, a two-week grace period is offered specifically for requests regarding small changes.
